Indra runs the riso studio Tori Press in the north of Mexico since 2020 and will graduate from the MFA Visual Narrative program at SVA in July 2025.

In 2020, I started my own riso studio, Tori Press, in Monterrey, Mexico, as a one-woman operation.
As a self taught riso printmaker, I fell in love with the endless fine-tuning possible through the prepress process, color mixing and other technical characteristics of the riso printmaking process.
From the beginning, I’ve also used Tori Press as a platform to educate the public on riso printing, planning and teaching workshops and sharing general information about riso on Youtube.

These days, most of my work is done digitally for convenience and efficiency.
However, I enjoy drawing with traditional media the most, and when unconstrained by time, I draw with pen and ink, gouache, watercolors, and color pencils.
